Oceancash Felts Sdn Bhd (OFSB) is a company incorporated in Malaysia, principally involved in the manufacturing of resinated and thermoplastic felts for heat insulation and sound insulation which include but not limited to interior and exterior trims in automobiles, noise damper for compressors of split unit air conditioners as well as insulation in buildings including roofs, walls,

partitions, and carpet underlay. We also provide die cutting services for customers who require a specific shape of the felts.

In December 2011, we commenced operations of our first factory outside of Malaysia in Bekasi, Indonesia,under the name of PT. Oceancash Felts which is also involved in the manufacturing of resinated and thermoplastic felts for thermal and acoustic applications.

Our latest addition is our trading company located in Guangzhou, China, which commenced operations in April 2012 under the name of Oceancash Felts (GZ) Ltd. This represents a big step forward for our company as we venture into the competitive and challenging automotive market in China.

• Mixture of Denim / Cotton, and Jute with Phenolic Resin
• Process involves Hot Press moulding

Applications
Can be moulded and shaped into outer dash panel, dash insulator, rear parcel shelf, hood insulator, headlining, and wheel housing cover

• Non-mouldable
• Mixture of cotton as main material and phenolic resin as binder
• Can be produced in roll form, sheet form, and cut in shapes
• Can be sprayed with glue or laminated with double sided tape

• Non-mouldable
• Fire retardant felts which can achieve UL94 Standards

Applications
Can be used as noise damper for compressors of split unit air conditioners (compressor jacket)

Flexi-C 

• Non-mouldable
• Commonly used as alternative to Cured Felts
• Can be produced in roll form, sheet form, and cut in shapes
• Can be sprayed with glue or laminated with double sided tape

• Denim based felts
• Commonly used as alternative to Flexi-c and Cured Felts
• Can be produced in roll form, sheet form, and cut in shapes
• Can be sprayed with glue or laminated with double sided tape

• Mouldable
• Process involves Cold Moulding

Can be used as Inner Pad Dash Panel.
